    Many thanks to you and your team for another lovely stay in #21-07 this year during the Northern Hemisphere winter! 

    All the staff here have looked after us wonderfully well! Vimala, Rasi, Susannah and Dominic took care of our administrative needs (and crosswords!!) with great kindness and efficiency. Rose, Shima and Peggy furnished, administered and cleaned for us with great care. Iskandar and Jemadi maintained and repaired when necessary with great skill and everything worked. And the security team secured! Please pass on our thanks to them. 

    For your information, I have sent a note to Hanny asking to reserve an apartment (#21-07 again please or similar) for our next visit which will be, would you believe, our eleventh annual stay! We will be arriving around Monday 4 November 2013 and departing around Tuesday 25 March 2014. Definite dates to be confirmed nearer to date.

    Looking forward to seeing you all again in November. Many thanks once again.
